SESSA is a founding member of SAREC (South African Renewable Energy Council). The main objective of SAREC is to promote the renewable energy sector in South Africa by acting as an umbrella body to the industry associations representing specific renewable energy technologies. |
History:SESSA was founded in 1974 and has been actively promoting the cause of renewable energy and energy efficiency ever since. SESSA was instrumental in developing the “SWH Rebate Programme” managed by Eskom. |
